Stating out his career as a starry-eyed graduate business analyst Ian quickly immersed himself in to the Tech industry always looking for ways to increase knowledge of the whole development lifecycle.

He soon progressed through testing teams into management and most recently in 2019 to his current role of Director of Operations at Software Solved. His passion remains focussed on continuous process improvement, development methodologies, DevOps and business strategy to drive business performance and growth.
